If you are looking for a female portrait that is more than just a pretty face – one that tells a story, possesses symbolic power, and fills your spaces with a feminine presence – then you have come to the right place. At ars mundi, you will find exclusive artworks by me, Ekaterina Moré, that celebrate femininity as a living force. My originals and limited editions are more than decoration: they are a dialogue with the soul. In my style, Feminine Glamourism, a modern interpretation of Art Deco, I portray women as symbols of strength, sensuality, and timeless elegance. Discover contemporary female portraits with meaning – in the Art Deco style, full of color, depth, and emotion.
My collaboration with ars mundi – art for discerning collectors
For over 70 years, ars mundi has been one of the most renowned online platforms for high-quality art. With an impressive selection of over 800 artists – including Picasso, Klimt, Vettriano, and Dali – ars mundi is a place where collectors find what they are looking for. I am all the more delighted that my works are represented there: original paintings straight from my studio, as well as carefully crafted editions on Alu-Dibond behind acrylic glass.
Perhaps you came across my art through ars mundi – or you just discovered it for the first time. In any case, I want to tell you more here: about the motifs, the symbolism, the feeling behind the pictures – and why they belong in your home.
What makes my female portraits special – femininity as a symbol
Every one of my paintings begins with an idea – an inner image that emerges like a dream, like a memory that suddenly comes alive. I paint women not as objects, but as beings full of depth, sensuality, and self-determination. My style, Feminine Glamourism, combines the classic elegance of Art Deco with modern colors, symbols, and feminine imagery.
Often, archetypal symbols merge with modern aesthetics: a lily as a sign of pure sensuality, a chalice as a primal female symbol, a cat as a mirror for intuition and independence.
I love to play with contrasts – with light and shadow, stillness and movement, gentleness and strength. Perhaps you recognize something of yourself in it. Perhaps a gaze, a gesture, a detail touches you. That is precisely my wish: that my art is not just seen, but felt.
Editions with meaning – selected works at ars mundi
Here I present four of my limited editions that you can currently find at ars mundi. Each work tells its own story. Perhaps you can feel which one speaks to you.
"Me and You" – Magic & Connection

In this work, a woman with a classic Art Deco hairstyle holds a black cat in her arms. The cat – a symbol of intuition, sensuality, and the mysterious side of femininity – seems connected to its owner in silent agreement. Both look out of the picture with green eyes – a gaze that penetrates, invites, fascinates. The luminous red background stands for passion and warning at the same time – a visual game between attraction and distance.
Format: 65x55.5 cm, reproduction on Alu-Dibond behind acrylic glass, limited, hand-signed and numbered.
"Between Daydreams" – Pleasure & Quiet Elegance

A glass of red wine, a dreamy gaze, a moment between two thoughts: The work "Between Daydreams" captures exactly this precious moment – that fleeting space in which we are completely ourselves. The elegant woman with her platinum blonde wave, black dress, and luminous red lips is reminiscent of the great divas of Art Deco – full of style, but never distant.
This painting belongs to my series "Art and Wine" – an homage to the ability to enjoy. The wine here represents more than taste: it symbolizes a pause, a leaning back amidst everyday life. Between dream and wakefulness, between being seen and experiencing oneself. "Between Daydreams" is like a whisper to the soul: Allow yourself the moment.
Format: 80 x 57 cm, edition on Alu-Dibond behind 3 mm thick acrylic glass, limited, numbered, with hand-signed certificate.
"White Calla Lily" – Sensuality & Connection

Two women – one dark-haired in luminous red, the other blonde in elegant black – meet in a moment of tender intimacy. The calla lily they hold in their hands is more than a flower. It is the symbol of feminine sensuality, of depth and quiet strength. This painting is an homage to the trust between women, to intimacy that is not loud, but quiet and strong.
Format: 90x63 cm, reproduction on Alu-Dibond behind acrylic glass, limited edition, numbered, with certificate.
"Early Evening" – Elegance & Femme Fatale Flair

A woman in red. A cigarette slowly smoldering. An espresso. And in the background, the deep blue of a pulsating night. "Early Evening" is an homage to the archetypal image of the Femme Fatale – self-confident, inscrutable, sensual.
The moment is charged with tension: between farewell and new beginnings, between control and surrender. The woman's pose looks like a film still – frozen in the transition between day and night, reality and fantasy. This painting is for all those who live the art of seduction with poise.
Format: 80 x 80 cm, reproduction on Alu-Dibond behind acrylic glass, limited edition.
"Sweetest Dream" – Longing & Urban Charm

Golden skin, a sparkling dress, a cocktail glass between her fingers – and a distant gaze. "Sweetest Dream" shows a woman who becomes a dreamer in the midst of the big city night.
The background pulsates in shades of blue, lights reflect in the window front, as if it were a moment between a club and a memory. This painting plays with contrasts: between outer appearance and inner longing, between presence and enchantment. A visual statement for all who enjoy life with style – with fantasy, depth, and a touch of glamour.
Format: 80 x 64 cm, reproduction on Alu-Dibond behind acrylic glass, limited edition.
"Autumn Wind" – Melancholy & Inner Strength

Blonde hair dancing in the wind. A deep gaze. A moment of stillness. "Autumn Wind" shows a woman who retreats completely into her thoughts – amidst the play of colors of autumn nature.
The strong orange tone of the leaves contrasts with her dark blue coat, which seems to protect her – like armor and an embrace at the same time. This work tells of farewell and new beginnings, of letting go and remembering. It invites you to pause and connect with your own changeability.
Format: 80 x 64 cm, reproduction on Alu-Dibond behind acrylic glass, limited edition.
