General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Ekaterina Moré.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products non-bindingly in the shopping cart and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by you accepting the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find more information about the amount of shipping costs with the offers.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
Right of Return
You can return the received paintings or goods without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the paintings or goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g., as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before the goods have been received. Only for goods that cannot be sent by parcel (e.g., bulky goods) can you declare the return also by request for return in text form. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the request for return in good time. In any case, the return is at your expense and risk. The return or the request for return must be sent to: Ekaterina Moré, Am Breienacker 6A, 40670 Meerbusch, Germany
Consequences of Return
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties must be returned and, if applicable, any benefits derived (e.g., benefits of use) must be surrendered. If the goods deteriorate, compensation for value can be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a retail store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for value for a deterioration caused by the proper use of the item by not using the goods as your property and refraining from anything that impairs their value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the request for return, for us with the receipt.

Should a product be defective, please notify us immediately. We will send you a faultless product. Please return the defective product to us at our expense in return.
