With my new sculpture "Underwater Dream", I wanted to create an art object that is not just seen, but experienced – a work that combines movement, color, and emotion.
This hand-painted sculpture is a three-dimensional painting, designed on all sides. Each surface reveals its own facet – together they form a sensual, colorful whole. The flowing lines, inspired by water, symbolize lightness, femininity, and the flow of life.
I photographed the work on the Rhine to visualize the connection of color, light, and nature. The water not only reflects the theme of the work but also emphasizes the brilliance of the colors. Despite the maritime context, "Underwater Dream" is an interior object – intended for special spaces where art creates atmosphere and personality.
