Do you find yourself caught in the carousel of fast-paced trends, feeling that every piece of clothing looks the same? Does fashion often feel arbitrary to you – interchangeable, fleeting, soulless?
But then it happens: an old film plays on the screen, a black-and-white photo catches your eye, a forgotten melody sounds. Suddenly, a window opens to another world – a world where elegance was an attitude, fashion an art, and femininity a statement.
This often happens to me when I pick up my brushes. I lose myself in the grace of bygone eras, in the soft waves of a hat, in the shimmering glow of pearls, in the sensual tension between light and shadow. There I find it again – the quiet but powerful femininity that often gets lost in today's world. And this is exactly where my Feminine Glamourism - Art in Modern Art Deco Style begins, where retro glamour and inner radiance merge.
🌺 The Fascination of Feminine Retro Fashion

Nostalgia as Soul Food
In a hectic world, nostalgia is often like a refreshing breath. The fashion of the 20s, 30s, or 50s not only offers aesthetic inspiration – it touches us more deeply.
We remember the elegance of divas, the perfection of silhouettes, the artistry of fabrics. These are images from a time when women dressed with devotion – not to follow trends, but to express their personality.
Timeless Icons: Chanel, Dior & Co.
Think of Chanel, and you immediately feel the touch of French sophistication. Think of Dior, and you see the perfectly sculpted waist, the iconic "New Look".
These styles are more than fashion – they are a way of life. They speak the language of sensuality, art, and enduring beauty.
I myself capture this spirit in my paintings – not as a mere reproduction of past styles, but as timeless dream worlds between nostalgia and modernity. In my "Feminine Glamourism," retro aesthetics merge with a modern, feminine expressive power.
🌺 My Artistic Vision: Between Nostalgia and Modernity

The Golden Twenties – The Decade of Rebellion and Glamour
The Golden Twenties were more than an era – they were a new beginning.
Women broke free from rigid conventions; they danced, laughed, and enjoyed their freedom. They wore flapper dresses with fringes, sparkling headbands, and rich red lipstick.
This unbridled zest for life, this sparkle, this extravagant joy – that's exactly what inspires me when I paint women dreaming in cafés, sipping a glass of wine, savoring the moment.
Creating Goddess Moments
Each of my paintings tells a story.
The women I paint are more than beautiful figures – they are goddesses of the moment.
But they are not distant statues, not unattainable beings. They are women with depth, with a mysterious glow in their eyes, with a presence that fills rooms.
Fashion is a key to this feeling. A perfectly cut dress, a gentle hat, a drop of Art Deco jewelry – and suddenly the world stands still.
Because true beauty is not loud. It is a whisper, a touch, an aura.
🌺 Rediscovering Femininity in a Fast-Paced World

Escapism in Vintage Style
Do you know those days when everything seems gray and shapeless?
That's when there's magic in wrapping yourself in an emerald green dress, wearing deep red lipstick, letting the fabric gently glide over your skin.
A retro look is more than fashion – it's a ritual of self-respect, a silent homage to your soul.
Fashion as an Artistic Expression – My Personal Journey
Even as a little girl, I was fascinated by fashion. In the Soviet Union, where individual clothing was rare, striking fashion was a piece of magic.
My mother sewed our clothes herself – with imagination, skill, and love. She created fairy tales from fabrics that were hard to come by. Our carnival costumes, especially, were little works of art – embroidered, adorned with pearls, full of dreams.
These memories still accompany me today. When I bring my female figures to the canvas, I feel like a fashion designer working with colors instead of fabrics.
In my paintings, I create fashion that not only dresses but also captures a state of mind – an homage to elegance, beauty, and the sensuality of women.
🌺 My World of Inspiration

I am inspired by advertising photography of past decades – those elegant, artfully staged images that not only presented products but conveyed emotions and lifestyles.
Whether in the iconic fashion campaigns of the 50s and 60s, the noble black-and-white portraits of style icons, or the richly colored print ads of major perfume and couture houses – these images were not just advertisements, they were a visual homage to style, luxury, and aesthetics.
Another source of inspiration is vintage posters, which tell of a different kind of glamour. They depicted sun-drenched beaches on the French Riviera, legendary ski resorts in the Alps, stylish cafés, and luxurious travel destinations.
These posters were graphically reduced, harmoniously colored, full of expressiveness – an art form in themselves. They exude a feeling of carefree elegance, wanderlust, and joie de vivre.
My painting "Hot Chocolate", depicting a stylish woman in the Alps, is directly inspired by this atmosphere – by the blend of tranquility, luxury, and the clear beauty of a winter day.
The aesthetic clarity of retro posters, their characteristic color palette, their hint of bygone splendor – all of this flows into my Feminine Glamourism art, making my pictures appear like time capsules of a stylish era.

☕ Courage to Slow Down
Treat yourself to a ritual: dress thoughtfully, enjoy a cup of exquisite coffee or tea, celebrate this moment.
📖 Create Your Own Mood Board
Collect images, fabrics, color cards that remind you of old glamour. This way, you'll discover which retro style truly makes your heart beat faster.
🌺 Retro is More Than Nostalgia – It's an Homage to the Soul

Some say retro is just sentimental daydreaming.
But I am convinced: in a world that constantly cries "faster, higher, further," we need oases of beauty, moments that resonate, details that make us feel who we are.
Whether you dress up like a film diva for an evening or delve into one of my paintings full of nostalgia – you give yourself a journey through time, a quiet pause, a touch of eternity.
Retro is not an escape to the past.
It is a commitment to beauty that endures.
Let your heart dance. Get a touch of nostalgia. And take the time to truly be a woman, truly be a goddess.
