Prominent women's portraits, a family surprise, and an artistic tribute to female strength – the Express Zeitung Düsseldorf reports on a special work by Ekaterina Moré. The actress Jenny Jürgens posed for a women's portrait that not only expresses sensuality and character but also served as a touching prelude to the exhibition "Zeitreise" (Time Travel).
In the article "Jenny Jürgens sat for a portrait," the editorial staff pays tribute to the work of Düsseldorf artist Ekaterina Moré. Jenny Jürgens, known from film and television, was portrayed in the artist's stylized manner – with a red scarf, a wintry atmosphere, and a powerful tranquility. The picture was specially created for the exhibition at the frauenburg art gallery.
Particularly noteworthy: through the project, Ekaterina Moré became aware of her hitherto unknown cousin, Marianna Brukmann – a journalist and presenter who bore a striking resemblance to Moré's mother. This emotional family encounter also became part of the artistic series.
The exhibition is dedicated to the theme of "strong, feminine women," who are portrayed expressively, confidently, and sensuously. The works are not only exhibited but also auctioned for charitable purposes – among others, for the Herzwerk Foundation, in which Jenny Jürgens herself is involved.
The press photo shows Ekaterina Moré with a palette in front of the large-format portrait – an image that symbolically represents the connection between art, humanity, and personal history.
