Sylter Spiegel reports: Ekaterina Moré at Hof Galerie Morsum

Sylter Spiegel berichtet über die Ausstellung von Ekaterina Moré auf Sylt

"About Women - Women in the Modern World" - under this title, Hof Galerie Morsum on Sylt is exhibiting works by Ekaterina Moré for the first time.
The renowned artist, known for her vibrant, sensuously symbolic depictions of women, dedicates this exhibition to the modern female self-image, oscillating between gentleness, sensuality, and self-confidence.

The Sylter Spiegel describes her female figures as "female beings who identify with their role." In addition to individual portraits, pairs of women are also shown, looking tenderly into each other's eyes. Her characteristic features: large, almond-shaped eyes, vibrant colors, clear lines, and a subtle erotic expressiveness – always respectful and self-determined.

The artist herself was present at the vernissage on June 27, 2010.
Prior to this, Ekaterina Moré successfully exhibited in Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, Oslo, and Miami. Her works can be found not only in galleries but also in glass and porcelain collections for Rosenthal, as well as in exclusive interior design – such as a designer cabinet with a female motif, designed by Carlo Staudt.
