When a magazine celebrates 25 years, it's a reason to celebrate – and a special occasion deserves a special artistic touch. For the anniversary issue of TOP Magazin Neuss, I had the privilege of creating an exclusive cover image – thereby visually enhancing an event that brings together people, history, and regional culture.
The focus was not only on the magazine itself but also on an image that symbolically captures its values and style: an elegant woman in red – a symbol of strength, style, and constancy – in front of the historic Quirinusmünster, the landmark of Neuss.

From Idea to Unveiling – An Artwork as a Cover Image
The cover painting was created based on an exclusive photo shoot with Anna Maria Buchbinder, the winner of our joint campaign with TOP Magazin. We were looking for a sensual, elegant woman – a modern muse who embodies the anniversary in an artistic way.
In my typical style, I reinterpreted the motif: stylized, vibrant, clear, and emotional, with echoes of Art Deco aesthetics, which stands for timeless elegance and expressive power.
The festive presentation took place as part of an exclusive event – with invited guests from business, media, art, and politics. There, the original painting was ceremoniously unveiled and presented to the public for the first time.
A special moment, in which it became clear: art is far more than mere decoration. It can bundle emotions, make values visible, and give an occasion a deeper meaning and radiant aura.

Art Gives Meaning to Occasions
Whether it's a company anniversary, a magazine cover, a product launch, or a gala evening – an original painting brings soul to every event. Something lasting is created. Something that extends far beyond the daily routine.
Especially in a time when many things are digital and fleeting, the longing for real, tangible, artistically crafted moments is growing.
As an artist, I see it as my task to pour these moments into color and form – and to tell a story with every line, every brushstroke.
