Art Moves – Cooperations with AUDI, VW & the Courage for Emotion

VW Beetle mit femininer Kunst von Ekaterina Moré auf der Automesse – stilvolles Frauenporträt auf der Motorhaube

Sometimes, the most beautiful things happen exactly where you least expect them. In a car dealership, for example. At a trade fair. Between a convertible and a coupé.

As an artist, I am often drawn to places where seemingly incompatible things meet. I love exploring the spaces in between – between function and feeling, between technology and poetry, between what we see and what lies beneath.

And just such a space opened up when I had the opportunity to realize an idea together with Autohaus Nauen and the Economic Development Agency of the City of Meerbusch: What if art didn't just hang on walls – but moved through the world on four wheels? What if it wasn't just observed, but experienced – on streets, in showrooms, in everyday life?

What emerged was not a decorative experiment. It was a genuine encounter – of two worlds that touched in an unexpected way: feminine sensuality and technical precision. Two languages that seem different – and yet can tell something new together.

At the center: my emotional female portraits. Visible not only on canvas, but on car hoods. In the showroom. And above all: in the hearts of visitors.

In this article, I want to take you on a journey through this special collaboration – and show how the connection between art and business not only makes products visible, but creates experiences. How a vehicle becomes an expression. How a presentation creates a moment that lasts. And how an event can become a small celebration for the soul.

1. How the Art Collaboration with Autohaus Nauen Came About

The idea arose in an open discussion – with the City of Meerbusch, the city marketing department, and Autohaus Nauen. A family business that has not only sold vehicles for decades but also lives by its values: style, reliability, and curiosity for new paths. Perhaps it was precisely this attitude that made them immediately agree to the experiment of combining art and cars.

I still remember our first personal meeting well. Mr. and Mrs. Nauen came with their daughter Anna – who was just growing into a management role. Young, attentive, and with a clear eye for aesthetics. Even in this first exchange, I felt: This isn't just about a project. Something real is emerging here. Something artistic.

From this dialogue, the first motif developed: Anna in an open convertible. Sensual. Elegant. Her gaze – gentle, yet determined. For me, she was more than a beautiful face. She became a symbol – for female presence in a world often characterized by speed, control, and technology. This contrast fascinated me.

Cars stand for movement, for precision, for control. But when art is added, something unexpected happens: The forms begin to speak. Lines tell stories. Surfaces acquire a new language – and sometimes even a soul.

The execution was as unusual as the project itself: My paintings were created classically in the studio, with vibrant colors and much feeling – and found their place on the car body in a modern way. Two worlds that do not contradict each other, but surprisingly touch.

2. VW Beetle Meets Art – How Cars Became Emotional Exhibits

For the Convertible & Sportscars Fair, I was allowed to venture something I had long envisioned: several VW Beetles became rolling canvases – a creative journey that began with a simple sketch and quickly transformed into something bigger.

The idea was clear – yet full of emotion: sensual, stylish female portraits, inspired by the charm of past decades, combined with luminous symbolism. Colors that not only decorate but tell a story. Forms that did not contradict the curved lines of the Beetle but extended them.

"For me, the woman on the Beetle represents the reclaiming of the street by femininity. Not in battle. But in style."

Each car was designed with an individual female motif – accompanied by large, colorful flowers that spread across the metal like thoughts or feelings. Each woman on the vehicle stood for joy of life, for freedom, for the right to be seen.

The technical process was also special for me: All motifs were created classically with acrylic on paper – vibrant, full of energy. Afterwards, they were digitized, carefully adapted to the vehicle's shape, and transferred as high-quality foils. This created a mobile artwork that is not confined to a frame – but is allowed to move.

The fair itself was like a living gallery space. Only with wheels. People stopped, took photos, smiled. I was particularly touched by the moment a visitor bought one of the Beetles. She said: "I've never seen anything like it. I'm so excited to drive a truly unique car."

That wasn't a sales act. It was a little magic. And perhaps the most beautiful proof that art sometimes works exactly where you least expect it – on the street, in everyday life, in people's hearts.

3. Art Event at AUDI: How Dance, Car, and Art Became an Experience

After the car show project, a new space opened for something different: something quieter, more elegant – almost floating. Together with AUDI Nauen, a new artwork was created that celebrated lightness in a very special way.

At the center: a new SUV model. Technically light, precisely built, with clear lines. And yet, it wasn't the performance that fascinated me – but the attitude. The way form and presence receded without losing expression. I wanted to make this lightness visible.

I designed a colorful, flowing motif: A woman in motion. Her dress like a dance in the wind, her eyes closed – as if she were completely at peace with herself. Surrounded by stylized goldfish that flowed in gentle wave lines across the vehicle. Light. Playful. Almost weightless.

The goldfish were not merely decoration. In many cultures, they symbolize luck, fulfilled wishes, inner abundance. And that seemed to fit this vehicle perfectly: technical clarity, supported by something dreamy, soft, almost fairytale-like.

This contrast particularly touched me: the austere beauty of engineering – and the emotional language of art. Clarity and intuition. Control and lightness. Not a contradiction, but an interplay. A symbol of modern elegance – on the road and in life.

Thus, this car also became a work of art on wheels. And perhaps its deepest message lies in this: that driving pleasure is not only created by performance. But by what remains – as a feeling, as an impression, as a silent memory.

4. What Makes Art Collaborations So Effective for Businesses

The presentation of the new AUDI model was much more than a classic event. For one evening, Autohaus Nauen transformed into a luminous space for art, dance, and encounter. Between the generous glass fronts, light streamed into the room, reflecting on the gleaming car body – and making my motifs on the vehicle come alive. It almost seemed as if the dancing woman was truly setting herself in motion.

One of the most touching moments was the performance by the Maria Ballet School. The dancers moved through the space in flowing dresses – graceful, playful, almost weightless. Their choreography was inspired by my painting on the AUDI: the same gesture, the same free spirit.

For a moment, my painting transformed into something else – it breathed, danced, spoke. And I stood there, full of wonder, at how art can transform when it enters into dialogue with other forms of expression.

A visitor later quietly approached me and said: "It was a very special experience. This evening deeply touched me."

Such words are priceless. They show me that art not only appeals but reflects – and perhaps precisely through this, connects.

On this evening, technology, aesthetics, and emotion merged into a silent unity. And I felt: This wasn't just about a car. It was about touching people – not through volume, but through atmosphere. Not through arguments, but through feeling.

5. Commissioned Art for Businesses: How Brands Benefit from Artistic Collaborations

When art meets new spaces – on car hoods, in showrooms, at events – its effect changes. It no longer hangs silently on the wall. It moves. Becomes part of a moment. An atmosphere. Perhaps even a memory.

For art can do something beyond function and utility: It touches. It gives depth. And sometimes it gives a space exactly what was previously intangible – a soul.

A vehicle can fascinate through technology, design, and precision. But only in combination with art does something emerge that is more than an impression – something that lasts. An attitude. A feeling. A silent echo.

More and more customers yearn for precisely this extra: authenticity. Style. An emotional connection.

Brands that have the courage to invite art into their world not only gain attention – they gain character. They create closeness, open conversations, evoke memories. They invite people not just to look – but to be touched.

I enjoy working with companies that embark on this path. Who are open to genuine encounters, new perspectives, and joint creation. Because such exchanges produce works that are more than decoration – they have expression, depth, and charisma. Art that makes something resonate – in space and in people.

Because true art is not distant. It creates connection, vitality – and often works most powerfully precisely where you least expect it.

6. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about Art Collaboration with Ekaterina Moré

What does an art collaboration truly bring to a company?

From my perspective as an artist, a collaboration primarily brings one thing: emotion. Art creates connection – not through arguments, but through atmosphere. It gives your brand personality, depth, and an emotional signature. Especially in a world often overloaded with impressions, the special becomes palpable – if it's genuine. And that's precisely what remains in memory.

Which industries are particularly suitable for an art collaboration?

It's ideal for companies that work with style and emotion: car dealerships, interior brands, hotels, wineries, beauty labels, or fashion brands. Anywhere people want not just to consume, but to experience, art can add a special accent – and create something that lingers in memory.

How does working with you proceed?

For me, the personal exchange is always central. I listen, ask questions, get to know your company – and from that, develop initial sketches and ideas. This leads to exclusive works or event concepts that emotionally strengthen your brand. Without templates. But in dialogue – with feeling, clarity, and an artistic eye.

Can I also commission an individual artwork for my event or product?

Fundamentally, yes. Whether a commissioned work truly fits depends on many factors: your idea, the context, the charisma you are seeking. That's why we always clarify this in a personal conversation. If both sides feel it's right and the artistic vision aligns, something very special can sometimes emerge. And sometimes not – both are fine. For me, authenticity is more important than mere execution.

7. Art with Engine – for Companies with Style

Art projects like these are for companies that want to offer their customers more than the ordinary. For brands that have a sense of aesthetics – and the courage to tell stories that move people.

Whether it's a car dealership, boutique, hotel, winery, perfume, or fashion brand: art can give a space, a product, or an event depth. It makes visible what lies between the lines – and transforms a presentation into an experience that stays in memory.

From tailor-made unique pieces to artistically designed event stagings: I develop concepts that suit you and your company. With a feel for form, color, emotion – and a clear eye for impact.

Perhaps you want a special setting for your next product. Or an atmosphere that not only reaches people but touches them. Perhaps just a work of art that radiates exactly what your brand stands for.

Then let's talk.

Because art should move. In space. On the street. And deep inside.
