Do you sometimes feel that something within you is calling – softly, but insistently? An inner voice that reminds you that you are more than your daily life, your roles, your to-do lists?
This voice is no coincidence. It is the soul of your femininity, reminding you of your feminine power. Of what slumbers beneath the surface – powerful, creative, mysterious.
In a world that is loud, rational, and performance-driven, there is little room for the intuitive, the cyclical, the psychologically feminine. And yet, more and more women feel: Something is missing. This is where the psychology of femininity begins – and the art of being a woman.
I want to take you on a journey. Not an abstract analysis, no theoretical treatise. But a lively, inspiring path to yourself – through archetypes, stories, colors, forms, and images that say more than a thousand words. Because that's exactly what art is: it speaks the language of your soul.
In my pictures, you will find more than just beautiful faces. You will find symbols of your inner world. Mirrors that show you what has long lived within you – even if you may have forgotten it.
C. G. Jung described archetypes as ancient images deeply rooted in the collective unconscious. When we encounter them, we recognize ourselves. Not just with our minds, but with our hearts.
I will show you women you may already know – Aphrodite, Demeter, Artemis. But not as distant mythical figures. Rather as living forces within you: your sensuality, your nurturing nature, your freedom.
Are you ready to meet them? Ready to see yourself anew – not as an ideal, but as a shining truth?
Then accompany me. For the art of being a woman begins where you recognize yourself.

1. What is the psychology of femininity? ✨

What is meant by "psychology of femininity"?
It's not about stereotypes or social roles. It's about the deeper, spiritual dimension of what it means to be a woman. About inner images, feelings, instincts – and about the feminine energy that works within all of us, often unnoticed, but powerfully.
The term refers to the feminine psyche in its entirety: to nurturing and wildness, to devotion and independence, to intuition, sensuality, creativity, and deep transformative power. Femininity in this sense is not a cliché – it is a source of inner strength, a spiritual landscape waiting to be discovered.
Why are archetypes so relevant again today?
Because they function like a map. C. G. Jung coined the term "archetype" as a universal primordial image – a kind of psychological basic pattern that manifests in myths, dreams, art, and narratives. Archetypes are not fixed templates but living forces that influence our thinking, feeling, and acting – often unconsciously.
In a time when many women are torn between perfectionism, self-optimization, and overwork, archetypes offer orientation. They help you to experience yourself not as "too much" or "not enough," but as part of a natural, archetypal cycle.
Author and Jungian analyst Jean Shinoda Bolen made these archetypal images accessible to modern women with her book "Goddesses in Everywoman." Her work has become a key for many – including myself – to better understand the feminine soul in its diversity.
For within each of us, different forces are at work: The Lover. The Wise Woman. The Nurturer. The Rebel. The Queen. The Seeker. The Silent Guardian.
By recognizing these inner goddesses, we can see ourselves with different eyes – not as beings of lack, but as complete, mutable beings.

2. Femininity as a creative primal force ✨
What actually defines femininity – beyond external appearances or social attributions?
It is above all a different principle: A different pace. A different feeling. A different way of shaping the world.
Feminine power is not loud or demanding – it is receptive, intuitive, cyclical. It trusts the flow of things. It knows that growth is not linear, but occurs in waves, in phases of emergence, ripening, letting go, and new beginnings.
While the dominant culture focuses on efficiency, goal orientation, and "do, do, do," the feminine follows a different rhythm. It is no less strong – but differently strong: through presence, depth, connection, devotion.
This creative energy is not a romantic concept. It is real. And it works – in every woman who allows herself to feel instead of function. To receive instead of control. To create instead of prove.
In my art, this very principle comes alive.
I don't work according to a rigid plan, but out of the flow. Motifs, colors, lines, forms – they arise intuitively, guided by an inner impulse, not by calculation or deliberation. That's why I named my style Flowism: It stands for the feminine principle in motion – for images that flow, vibrate, and change, just like life itself.
My second style is called Feminine Glamourism.
It is inspired by Art Deco and a cinematographic visual language – elegant, stylized, iconic. The women in these works are the protagonists of their own life stories: powerful, mysterious, glamorous. Like shining goddesses, they dream, enjoy, and radiate – and behind their splendor often lies a hint of enigma, depth, and unspoken truths.
Each of my works is an expression of this intuitive femininity. They do not show perfect women – they show whole women. In their sensuality. In their strength. In their depth.
When you look at my pictures, you might feel that they not only appeal to your eye but touch something within you that you can hardly grasp yourself.
That is the power of feminine art: It inspires without explaining. It works quietly – but penetratingly. And sometimes a single glance is enough to remind you who you really are.

3. The 7 Archetypes – inner goddesses of women ✨
In every woman, many voices are at work – sometimes harmonious, sometimes contradictory. We are not just one. We are many. And therein lies our strength.
The psychology of female archetypes helps us to better understand this inner mosaic. It makes visible what often works unconsciously within us: longings, strengths, patterns, shadows.
The Greek goddesses, as described by C. G. Jung and later Jean Shinoda Bolen, are more than mythical figures. They are living archetypes – mirrors of our soul.

4. Shadow sides of femininity – control, self-sacrifice & transformation ✨
Femininity is powerful. But it is not always just light. Like every inner power, it also has its shadow sides – and it is often there that the greatest treasure is hidden.
Perhaps you know the feeling of losing yourself because you take care of everyone else. Or the inner pressure to be perfect – strong, beautiful, understanding, but also independent. Perhaps you sometimes feel torn between adaptation and rebellion.
This is not a personal failure. These are patterns deeply rooted in our collective history. The archetypes show us: Every divine force has a light and a dark side.
The nurturing Demeter can lose herself in self-sacrifice.
The strong Hera can cling to control and power.
The free Artemis can isolate herself out of fear of intimacy.
And then there's the Femme Fatale – one of the most fascinating shadow figures of femininity. She embodies magnetism without attachment, seduction without intimacy.
She is often demonized – yet she shows us an important truth: The fear of true intimacy, of vulnerability, of true devotion.
But shadows are not evil. They are indications of unloved parts within us. When we recognize them, they lose their power. Then real transformation begins.
Instead of judging yourself, you can ask:
What does this part want to tell me?
What within me needs more space – not less?
Femininity is not a rigid role, but a living process. Light and shadow belong together – like breathing in and breathing out.

5. Living femininity in modern everyday life ✨
Femininity often sounds like something delicate, magical – almost ethereal. But how does it live between daycare, calendar, and career? Between responsibility, to-do lists, and the longing for a moment just for yourself?
Many women know this balancing act. Between motherhood and self-realization. Between functioning and feeling. Between the desire to be true to oneself – and the constant "it just has to work somehow."
In this daily life, archetypes can act as inner companions. They help to distinguish inner voices from each other, instead of getting lost in the chaos of emotions.
Perhaps you feel the nurturing Demeter within you right now – and you feel exhausted from constant giving. Perhaps your inner Hera speaks up – and urges you to set clear boundaries. Or it's your Artemis, reminding you that you need time for yourself, out in the woods, walking, breathing.
When you know who is currently at the helm within you, you can steer more consciously.
Three simple rituals help you to reconnect with your inner goddess in everyday life:
-
Journaling question of the day:
"Which archetypal force is at work in me today – and what does it need from me?" -
Visual collage:
Collect images, colors, symbols that appeal to you today – intuitively. Glue, paint, combine. Your inner self becomes visible. -
Archetype check-in:
Take 5 minutes. Read through the characteristics of the 7 goddesses. Where do you feel resonance? Where friction? Both are valuable.
Such small rituals anchor your femininity in everyday life – not as an ideal, but as lived reality. And sometimes a candle, a moment of silence, a deep breath is enough to remind you again: You are there. And you are enough.

6. Art as a mirror of the feminine soul ✨
Every woman carries stories within her – visible or hidden. Stories of longing, strength, vulnerability, and transformation. My art aims to make these inner landscapes visible.
I don't paint external portraits. I paint archetypes, soul images – facets of women, as they live in myths, whisper in dreams, and work within you.
Whether Aphrodite with her sensuality, Demeter with her nurturing nature, or Persephone in transition & transformation – each goddess is given a form, a face, a color in my paintings.
"When I saw the picture of your wonderful coffee connoisseur, I was deeply moved. It was as if I had recognized myself – and had to admit: I had spent so little time with myself in recent years! I'm getting that back now."
– Karin T., entrepreneur
"Your picture hangs above my desk. Every morning it reminds me of who I really am."
– Birgit L., coach
My two main styles embody different aspects of the feminine:
🎨 Flowism – shows movement, transformation, vibrancy. It is intuitive, fluid, emotional – ideal for women who are in transition or embarking on something new.
🌟 Feminine Glamourism – stands for symbolism, clarity, dignity. It is reminiscent of Art Deco and brings the essence of feminine beauty and sovereignty to the canvas.
