An expressive women's portrait by Ekaterina Moré adorns the cover of the Swiss magazine Seesicht – Das Zürichsee-Magazin. Inside, an extensive feature is dedicated to her art project centered around female beauty, sensuality, and emotional depth.
With vibrant colors, elegant stylistics, and a distinctive artistic signature, Moré creates images of women that touch—and provoke thought.

Inspired by Lake Zurich – Art as a Mirror of Female Energy
The painting series "Still Waters Run Deep" emerged in a special atmosphere: Ekaterina Moré drew inspiration from the landscape, people, and mood around Lake Zurich. Shootings took place in locations like Marina Lachen, where she didn't work with professional models, but transformed real encounters into art.
"At Marina Lachen, I met a waitress whose aura immediately moved me," Moré recounts. "She had a quiet elegance, a depth I absolutely wanted to capture." This encounter resulted in a work that was later featured in the magazine – as a symbol of everyday female dignity.
The paintings show women in bars, by the lake, or in front of panoramic windows – always with strong body language, clear posture, and a gaze that extends beyond the picture. It's not about classic beauty, but about charisma, dignity, femininity, and inner balance.

Elaborate Shootings – Portraits that Tell Stories
Behind every work by Ekaterina Moré lies a thoughtful creative process: from subject search to photography to the final execution on canvas.
Her shootings are carefully staged – clothing, setting, light, and posture are consciously chosen to make character traits and emotional landscapes visible. Unlike many contemporary artists, she does not work abstractly or conceptually distanced – but with a very personal, almost intimate closeness to the subject.
This closeness is palpable in every brushstroke: the sensual blush of the skin, the warm light on shoulders and cheeks, the sparkling eyes. Her women are present – but never exposed. Elegant – but never cold. Sensual – but never diminished.
Each portrait is an original painting on canvas – painted with high-quality acrylic paints, in medium or large format, mostly between 100 and 140 cm. Collectors and art lovers appreciate not only the aesthetic expression but also the emotional impact that her pictures unfold – in living spaces, galleries, or public areas.

Exhibition at Galerie Dür
Accompanying the magazine, an exhibition took place at Galerie Dür in Wädenswil, including an opening and artist's reception.
Particularly noteworthy: Ekaterina Moré opened her project to interested women, who could apply to be subjects themselves. Those who dared could become part of an artistic process – not as a model, but as a muse.
"I want to encourage women to show themselves – just as they are," says Moré. "Because that's where true beauty lies: in the imperfect, in the personal, in the courage to be present."
Art with an Attitude – not Decorative, but Meaningful
In a time when many images aim for quick consumption, Ekaterina Moré offers the opposite: Art that endures. Art that tells a story. Art that touches.
Her stylized female portraits appear decorative at first glance – yet behind each work lies an idea: femininity as a creative force, as a counterpoint to the rational world, as a reminder of feeling, of being connected with oneself.
That the Seesicht magazine honored this project not only editorially but also on the cover is a strong signal. It shows: Her art is not niche – it is relevant.
