Exhibition "Modern Muses" by Ekaterina Moré
Vernissage: Friday, October 10, 2014, 5-9 PM
The artist will be present.
With the new project MODERN MUSES, the artist has created a series of paintings that depict different fascinating aspects of femininity. Nine strong, extraordinary women – actresses, singers, athletes, and presenters – posed as models. Annabelle Mandeng embodies Clio, Regina Halmich Melpomene, Tina Ruland Terpsichore, Sonja Kiefer Thalia, Valerie Niehaus Euterpe, Xenia Seeberg Erato, Tanja Bülter Urania, Cassandra Steen Polyhymnia, and Jenny Jürgens Calliope.
The entire proceeds from the sale of this series of paintings will go to the Tribute to Bambi Foundation of Bunte magazine.
In addition to the Muse paintings, some of the artist's latest works will be presented: powerful, sensitive, and sensual.
We look forward to your visit!
